This information is only for Students who complete his degree/diploma in Dec 2010, and the students should be registered
under Regional Centres Delhi-I, Delhi-II, Delhi-III and NOIDA.
Before registering for 23rd Convocation, please keep your Bank Draft of 350 Rs. (drawn in favour of IGNOU, payable at New
Delhi) ready. The amount of the Bank Draft will be Rs.350/- for each degree/diploma you are receiving. For example, if you
are receiving 2 degrees or diplomas, the amount will be Rs.700/-
